The apartment was not far from a night club near by which can be heard up to 5 am, the AEP airport and city center, good and magnificent location overall.

The room was a little dirty.

I greatly enjoyed friendly and kind employees.

Excellent location and the apartment was very good. Rooms were extremely spacious, had a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area as well as smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Got private bathroom with a bidet. Could see city from the window.

The staff was very helpful and most also spoke English.

It is clean and adequate. A little noisy due to traffic on the street. Great food at the Palmito restaurant (not much ambience but good food where the locals eat) within walking distance.

Aircondition did not work so traffic noise is loud during the night as we left window open for ventilation..

Convenient location for marathon, near cafe, restaurant, and China town, spacious 2 bdrm apartment.

No complaints.

The only good thing is that the hotel is near of the Palermo park.

A lot of disgusting things like the bad humor of the recepcionist. We asked for a taxi and she called for a man who I don´t believe was a taxi driver, and it was more expensive than normal taxies. She doesnt speak portuguese or english, and said to us that we should speak spanish. Terrible recepcionist (Marina) and bad breakfast (poor). Bad hotel and expensive price. No identification with the name of hotel in front of the building.

It's not so easy to think soemthing good about this hotel .I can say only good internet connection.

I didnt like the compete hotel. Rooms need remodeling..bathroom are poor and old...towel was dirty after the room service..breakfast it's a joke ...very poor. I payed 95 dollars per day and this is far a way from the hotel service.The gym location it's not for people ..

The apartment hotel offered a decent breakfast with good options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many key attractions only a short walk away. the staff was always willing to offer local recommendations and insights, making for a more authentic experience.

The rooms felt outdated and in need of some serious renovation. there were noticeable cleanliness issues in both the rooms and common areas.

Phone connectors were not correctly finished. All the room was requiring 2 or 3 hours of a nice dedicated maintenance guy paying attention to small details (on-off switches on the wall were not correctly screwed, the phone-little-box connector was hanging from the wall...

Cleaning team try to maintain the complete place as clean as possible. Near to a golf field and parks.

Is more a 2 stars hotel than a 4 stars. The infrastructure is poor, very old even the cleaning team try to maintain it as well as possible. The pool, gym and jacuzzi are not usable, old machines, dirty pool. The breakfast is poor, no real cafe, the juice is prepared with dust and water, not drinkable. No cheese, bacon, eggs just butter, jam and croissant. They offer a taxi service to the airport for a fix price, however you must to pay for the additional "waiting time" of the driver ~35% more than the original "fix price".

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. Additionally, the proximity to the airport made our travels much more convenient.

The day I arrived I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours in order to get my room because the staff wasn't unable to get out the persons that were using the room even though their check out time had passed long ago. After that when I finally got the room I had to wait at least other 3 or more hours in order to get bed sheets. I think the staff should take good care of this details because international travelers like myself that had been traveling for around 20 hrs have the real necessity to rest, specially if you are on a job travel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location just in front of the main park was very convenient for us. We were able to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Furthermore, the hotel provided parking and transportation which made our travel very easy. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for its great location, hotel facilities, and cleanliness.

It's right in front of the main park and close to the city center and domestic airport. the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities, while the bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with fresh towels. the staff are friendly and provide great customer service to guests.

The parking area gets crowded at times.
